Eimear has gained over 34 years experience as a planner, urban designer and heritage consultant. She has worked in both public and private sectors including an irish Government owned private planning, housing and architectural company.
Having worked under Chezel and Eddie on various projects, she went on the achieve a MSc in Building Conservation at The Weald & Downland Living Museum, facilitated by the University of York.
Eimear will continue to provide her mainstream planning and urban design work through Murphy Associates. Bespoke conservation & heritage projects will be produced under TCS.
With the amount of experience gained, Eimear has also achieved recognition as a Heritage Environment Service Provider through HESPR IHBC.

TCS brings together other like-minded conscientious conservation specialists on various projects, when required.
The benefits of this approach is that as a professional you remain your own boss but get the opportunity to work on a wide range of heritage projects in various parts of the country.
We believe in a life-work balance and with the use of technology, we operate a virtual office. Our team and client meetings can be arranged through FaceTime,, Zoom or Teams. We also arranges catch-ups in person just to prove that we do exist.
