In Collaboration

Eimear has gained 31 years experience as a planner, urban designer and heritage consultant. She has worked in both public and private sectors including a Government owned private planning, housing and architectural company.

She has also worked with Chezel and Eddie on various projects, bringing complimentary skills to the table.

Recent work included Heritage Statements for Nonsuch Manor, Westbury in Petworth,  a shopfront design guide for East Herts DC, Conservation Area Character Appraisals for Hastings, Eastbourne, Brighton and Old Bedhampton.

It was due to the encouragement of Eddie that she studied for a MSc in Building Conservation at The Weald & Downland Living Museum, facilities by the University of York.

Eimear will continue to provide her mainstream planning and urban design work through Murphy Associates. Bespoke conservation & heritage projects will be produced under TCS.  Combining all three services under one umbrella can save trying to find 2 or 3 different consultancies when our combined package can be offered.

With the amount of experience gained, Eimear has also achieved recognition as a Heritage Environment Service Provider through HESPR IHBC.

We are looking to build up a new team of like-minded conscientious

conservation specialists to work with us on a freelance basis, on a  project-by-project basis.

The benefits of this approach is that you remain your own boss but get the opportunity to work on a wide range of heritage projects in various parts of the country.

We believe in a life-work balance and with the use of technology, we operate a virtual office.  Our team and client meetings can be arranged through FaceTime, Skype or Zoom. We also  catch up in person just to prove that we do exist.

If you are interested in working for or with TCS please get in touch.

Building on the work of TCS and its approach, we often work in collaboration with other private practices, consultants and specialists, to advise, and inform projects and delivery positive outcomes without causing harm to heritage assets.

Our network of associates is growing but as an example,  we collaborate with the following persons/companies to address the bespoke needs of our clients.
